I use my emotions to write. Going into the feeling is transformed in sound and sentiment. Having emotions is the universe giving you messages. Melody is the thought sentiment and the harmony creates the sound of the emotion. When I sing, I sing from many layers of my experience and emotional intelligence that relates, transforms the singing sound vibration that is part of the quantum field of healing and regeneration.
